Redmap is joining Basware

Our product and support remain unchanged, and this step strengthens what we can continue delivering for you.

You’ll find a message from our CEO below, along with a brief FAQ.

Ben Woolley
Redmap CEO

I am delighted to announce that the shareholders of Redmap have accepted an offer from Basware for the purchase of our business.

Basware is widely recognised as a pioneer in the AP Automation space. Founded in Finland, Basware, which celebrated their 40th anniversary earlier this year, now operates in 190 countries, has over 1300 employees, and serves over 6500 customers. They are recognised as a global leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and count Heineken, DHL and Sony among their customers. I've been speaking with Basware's CEO (and my new boss) Jason Kurtz and their leadership team for some time, and it was clear that they are the right partner for Redmap’s next chapter. They are uniquely positioned to really help us super charge our growth and embed AI into our platform and work.

Even though we are now part of a bigger org, it will be business as usual for Redmap. You and your team will continue to use the same product and deal with the same people that you always have. If you have any questions, please contact your account manager or myself.

I want to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their on-going support and trust.
