Redmap understands the importance of providing its clients with first-class service and support. We offer online product registration , access to our extensive FAQ and technical articles, and our full time Support staff ensure that all queries are answered promptly.

For quick support, submit your query using the online Support Request form and describe your problem in detail. Our Support Staff will contact you within two business days.

If you require immediate assistance, and you have a current AMP contract, you can call the Redmap Support Help Desk. Please be aware that to place a call to the Support Help Desk you must have completed the administrator training and be your company’s nominated representative. When calling the Support Help Desk, please have the following at hand:

  • Your registration number.
  • A detailed description of the problem.
  • A computer with your Redmap application running.
