Redmap Product Training
Training at Redmap includes end user and administration training. End user training covers all the necessary features and functions of Redmap products enabling users to get the most out of their technology every day. Administration training is provided to the “Product Champion” who is allocated the responsibility of overseeing the smooth operation of the Redmap system. This includes detailed instruction in Redmap connector, group and user setup, restoring and purging documents, and audit reports.
