A pioneer in the document management sector, Earl Woolley is a frequent key note speaker on email compliance/document management to international legal, accounting and insurance organizations, government agencies and records management associations. Since founding the company in 1992, Mr Woolley has worked with companies as diverse as Unisys, Hitachi, Toshiba, Clearswift and Network Appliance to form strategic alliances and OEM agreements, resulting in the successful generation of $10M in investment capital for Redmap. He has also been an IT Delegate for the Australian Federal Government Department of Trade (Austrade), a member of the Advisory Board for IT to Austrade, the IT Delegate Information Industry Board and the IT Delegate Queensland State Devolvement Board.

Ben has been with Redmap for the past 6 years after a highly successful career in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry. Starting in the finance department and working his way up, Ben has been involved with all operational aspects of the business. In the last two years he has been heavily involved with the expansion of the international sales effort, particularly in South-East Asia. This experience, coupled with his integral part in internationalising the Toshiba OEM agreement, has seen Ben tasked with further expanding the US operations. Ben holds a bachelor degree in Management and Marketing and he is a member of the Advisory Board for ICT Export run by Austrade, the Federal Department of Trade.

Garry has 14 years of experience in the IT industry in Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific and has worked in Systems Integration, Management Consulting and Software Distribution. Garry joined Redmap from the Systems Integration Division of Fujitsu Australia and prior to this was with ClarityBlue Consulting in London where he was VP of Sales & Marketing for Europe. Garry was also with BMC Software for 7 years, including roles such as UK Sales Director and European Product Marketing Manager, with time spent on various assignments in San Francisco, Atlanta and Dallas. He began his career with IBM working in both the hardware and software support laboratories. He will take the position of Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the day to day running and growth of the Asia Pacific business.

Kurt is a founding member of the Redmap team and is currently the Sales and Marketing Director (ANZ). He has been involved in the IT Industry since 1988 and is the driving force behind many of Redmap's marketing initiatives including Brambles Recall, Toshiba OEM, HCN OEM and National Australia Bank/MLC. For the past fourteen years, Kurt has worked exclusively within the Information Management Sector delivering Document Management and Email Compliance solutions to a variety of businesses as diverse as National Foods, Macquarie Bank, MLC and Newcastle Airport.

Afshin has over 15 years experience in the information technology and document management industries. He has a proven track record in systems analysis, development and implementation of Information Management solutions that are used by over 2000 businesses worldwide. Having started a multi-national company 12 years ago, Afshin has been involved in all aspects of operating the business, from board level down to the day to day management of customers and internal staff. He has been involved in brokering key strategic contracts with other software vendors, OEM partners and business partners. He has also been a key contributor to project management, design, development and support of large software integration projects.

Peter is one of the founding members of Redmap and is current the Director of Research and Development. He has been a creative driving force behind all of Redmap's products. Peter earned an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, one of the premier engineering schools in Australia. He has been a member of the Institue of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for many years, and continues to take and active interest in software development research.
